Please note on all our dispatches, our handling time can be up to 2 working days (Excluding Weekends and bank Holidays). This means that it can take us up to 2 days to pick, pack, and dispatch the products to you, however where possible we can ship the good the same day or next day but it is not guaranteed. Please contact us before ordering if you need a faster delivery. Returns are not free and you must purchase a tracked service to return goods should you wish to return any goods that you’ve purchased from us. Please note returns for refunds are only accepted if the goods are returned within 14 days of receipt of goods and are compliant to our Returns Policy.

Please note returns for refunds are only accepted if the goods are returned within 30 days of receipt of goods and are compliant to our Returns Policy. (for European destinations). You must mention “RETURNS” on both shipping documents and Parcel itself so we are not charged any UK import tax for the goods you return to us. Failure to do so means we may charge you for any taxes we pay or we may refuse to accept the return.
Transit time begins the day after a dispatch email is sent – once our couriers are in possession of your parcel. The below delivery time frames are indicative only and we cannot be held responsible for any delays.
