Following the government advise to reopen non essential shops from 15th June, 2020, we are pleased to say our shops will reopen from Wednesday 1st July, 2020, and online services will reopen from 15th June, 2020.

From Monday 21/09/2020 Our opening at Guildford Branch Hours will be:

Mon: 11:00 am to 03:00 pm

Tue: Closed

Wed: 11:00 am to 03:00 pm

Thur: Closed

Fri:  11:00 am to 03:00 pm

Sat: 10:00 am to 05:00 pm

Sun: Closed

We have taken measures for reopening where we have a plan in place to keep our shop and equipment clean after every customer visit and then opening and closing cleaning processes. Our saftey guide for shops operations is in line with  government advise relevent to our business in coming days. We hope our customers will support us to run our business in a safe way and understand this may come with some operational inconvenience.

As many of our wedding customers have rescheduled their wedding dates in agreement with thier venues, we will start contacting all our exising customers to discuss their new dates and requirements from 15th June. Please bear with us and we will contact you as soon as we can possibly can.

We would like to reassure our customers that we will provide the suits to hire (or in some cases purchase) on their new wedding dates as rescheduled regardless how long in future. We will support as much as we can in the event of date move for the wedding. As for the cancellations, should the wedding parties decide to cancel the wedding for the reasons of current situation, they will NOT receive a refund for any initial payments paid at the time of booking.

First and foremost, we have to do as much as possible to look after each other and take the necessary precautions to ensure we’re putting our health first. Hopefully you can empathize with our decision here and we appreciate your support.
